Refund, Return & Voucher Policy
At MBIMART, we aim to provide a fair and transparent shopping experience. Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before placing an order, as compatibility issues are not considered defects.
Damage & Faulty Products
Faulty products reported within 24 hours are treated as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Customers must provide photo or video evidence of the fault and packaging. Verified DOA items will be replaced. Refunds apply only to PayFast orders with unopened products. COD orders will receive a replacement or voucher.Once the product seal is opened, it enters warranty mode and is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Return requests for change of mind must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection, and requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds. If a complaint is raised within 24 hours and the product is unopened, a voucher equal to the product value will be issued for future use. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer. Opened products will be handled under warranty only.
Online Paid Orders (PayFast)
Refunds apply only to PayFast orders. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and the product must be unopened and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and opened products are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping & Refund Processing
Shipping and delivery charges are collected by third-party couriers and are non-refundable in all cases. Approved refunds may take up to 15 working days and will be credited to the original payment method.
Voucher Policy
Vouchers are non-transferable, non-cashable, and valid for a limited time as specified.

SHIPPING DETAILS
Free Delivery on orders worth Rs. 5000 or more.
Every order placed on https://mbimart.pk/ will be shipped to a single address listed at the time of order. Please place separate orders if you wish to receive items at multiple addresses.
We deliver our products through reliable courier partners and may change them as per our convenience.
Currently, we only accept orders within Pakistan; overseas delivery is not available at the moment.
We offer free delivery for all eligible orders and do not charge any hidden costs. Please do not pay any amount to the rider other than the item price mentioned on your order.
Our standard delivery time is:
-5–6 working days for major cities
-7–8 working days for other areas
Delivery time may be delayed during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
All orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday.

We ship all available items together. However, if some products are unavailable, your order may be dispatched separately.
You will receive an invoice with your order. If not received, please call 0370-3900040.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Login Smart Technology.
You’ll also receive an email with a tracking ID once your order is shipped. If you do not receive these details, please contact us at 0370-3900040.
Our online payment system is 100% secure. You can pay using your bank credit/debit card or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).
If the payment amount is deducted but no order details are received, your transaction might not have been captured by our system. The amount will be refunded by your bank within 3–5 business days. For assistance, please contact your bank’s customer service.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please file a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with your Order # and product photos at 0370-3900040.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched, usually within 4 hours of placing it. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

If your order hasn’t been shipped, it will be canceled within 2 days of receiving your request. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled.
For online payments, the refund will be processed within 10–15 working days after cancellation
